What is the human gnome project?

The human gnome project was a blog project started by two human gnomes living in Edmonton, Canada.

The blog was small but mighty but was, alas, hosted by another blogging site which has since folded. And so, the project begins again.

The gnomes come out to play once per year. The photo here was taken in 2004, the first time they were spotted in Edmonton.
